My client require a Thin Film Coating Scientist to undertake R&D, process improvement, and support customers. Your responsibilities will include optical characterisation, modelling, thin film & vacuum sputtering, and spectrophotometry. You should have a PhD in materials, chemistry or related and extensive vacuum coating experience preferably within the glass industry. Knowledge of spectrometry or PEM an advantage, as is German or Swedish. Occasional overseas travel.
