Our client is a world leader in the manufacturing and distribution of research chemicals and bio-chemicals. The Corporation is also rapidly developing a presence in fine chemical custom development and manufacturing to pharmaceutical customers. They currently seek a Learning and Development Specialist.

This position requires:
* Taking ownership of designing and delivering training programmes.
* Analysing and addressing organisational learning and development needs with particular focus on process improvement, performance management, and management development.
* Taking the lead in specific projects whilst working closely with HR to enhance the service we deliver to all sites within the UK and Ireland.
To undertake this role you will need to be a competent Trainer with relevant qualifications and preferably a graduate member of the CIPD. You will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and continuous improvement facilitation skills. This role also requires a high level of PC literacy, including PowerPoint and the ability to work on your own initiative.
The salary will be commensurate with your skills and experience and our offer to the successful candidate will include relocation assistance if required.
