1st Line Technical Support - Maidenhead

Leading integrator of CRM and business intelligence solutions are looking for an experienced 1st Line technical support person. Ideally with experience in programming, SQL, CRM or Crystal Reports. Should have a proven track record in IT support.
Also a strong personality with good communication skills to control the team and maintain communicaton channels with customers.

The Support Desk Consultant would be responsible for taking first line support
