Operations Manager (Director Designate)

They now require an Operations Manager to take charge of all operational matters at their flagship depot based at Mosborough. Reporting into board level the successful candidate will be responsible for managing up to one hundred and fifty individuals, through a dedicated management team, encompassing operations, fleet management and distribution, processing and machining, health and safety and mill management.
The key to this role is a proven track record in operations management, successfully managing both people and resources in a high volume processing and distribution operation. You must be a highly skilled communicator with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse multidisciplined workforce. Never being afraid of leading from the front, you will relish a challenge.
