Redline are currently recruiting for a Procurement & Logistics Co-ordinator to be based in Aberdeen. Our client is a leader in the design, manufacture and production of completion products for the Oil and Gas Industry.
Reporting to the Senior Procurement & Logistics Coordinator your main role is to provide procurement and logistical support to the Sub-Sahara Africa Region.
You duties will include but not be limited to:
Ensuring accurate equipment orders & supply vendors are being utilised effectively.
Liaise with vendors (internal & external) and Materials & Shipping Departments to meet customer needs. Control freight procurement activities to ensure received & shipping times meet the requirements of Sub-Sahara Africa Bases. Pricing of equipment, processing of purchase orders, control and monitor deliveries, maintain records on the company database.
For this role you are required to have good educational achievements. You must be numerate and literate and able to communicate fluently with differing internal and external groups. You should be able to demonstrate experience of working in a similar role and it is also desirable if you have an understanding of Customs & Excise and import/export procedures
