Providing personal computer solutions mainly for scientists and engineers, my client supplies technical problem-solving products and has over 20 years experience in the market. Their main office is based in Hertfordshire and they have offices elsewhere in Europe & the USA.
Currently looking for an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to increase sales of their Data Acquisition and Statistical Process Control product lines. This exciting opportunity will involve the preparation of applications, training and marketing materials working closely with the marketing department. Managing all sales contacts and enquiries, you will produce project quotations and proposals; identify new sales and cross-sales opportunities to achieve target set. The successful applicant will have a pro-active approach, attending exhibitions and seminars, conducting presentations and on-site demonstrations. Maintaining knowledge of products, competitors and the marketplace in order to be successful and be able to provide a 2nd level technical support backup to colleagues in technical support.
