A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Shipping Co-ordinator / Senior Sales Administrator to join my Client based in Bedfordshire for initially a 3-6 month contract with a strong outlook of a permanent placement for the right candidate.
Looking for:
Experience with Shipping is essential
Letter of Credit experience is highly beneficial
Customer Service background is preferred
Purpose:
Review, schedule and advise delivery dates for all customer orders.
Input all orders onto the sales order process system
Ensure that appropriate documentation is raised to support the despatch (National and International)
You will be working with Production Planners and provide product line delivery forecasts.
