Application Support Helpdesk Analyst required by our Huddersfield, West Yorkshire based client to work as part of the support team dealing with queries from the customer base and in-house staff. Candidates MUST have at least 1.5 years experience working as part of a support team logging and dealing with customer related queries, and have working knowledge of crystal reports writer including totalling, sub totals and formulas, SQL Server and client tools including SQL Enterprise manager and query analyzer, in depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Windows server 200/2003 including configuring ODBC data sources. Knowledge and working experience of ERP software and/or Supply chain Software would be an advantage. Clean driving licence is also required.
