Our client a large IT services Company, Reseller and Software House is looking for 3 people with relevant IT skills to join a very busy team who support both their clients and internal personnel
The successful candidates will be:
• Responsible for the telephone support of our client's network system. Emphasis is on customer service.
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of our client's supported hardware (training will be given)
Good IT and telephone skills essential
Capable of working professionally within a busy working environment.
General Description
This post holder will be responsible for the telephone support of our client's system. Customers' problems will be dealt with professionally with the emphasis on customer service.
Standard Duties & Responsibilities
• The ability to log customer problems correctly on the Customer Database for any part of the system.
• Full working knowledge of your specialised area of the system, including new and future developments.
• Responsible for the usage of your allocated modem, ensuring that all calls are dialled back unless deemed by their Team Leader as not appropriate.
• Facilitate feedback loop between Support and customer at all stages of the problem resolution, including the customer confirmation of resolution.
• Professional and intellectual telephone appearance to the customer.
• Identify to the appropriate people, customer needy of public relations calls.
• Ensure that you are up to date with the workings of all the current system.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
To follow the training plan with the aim of achieving the following:
• Complete knowledge of the functionality of your specialised area of the system.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all our client's supported hardware.
