Our client is the UK arm of one of Europe's largest and most successful IT Services Organisations. The UK is one of the fastest growing and most strategically important markets for the Group, delivering a full range of IT Services to many of the UK's leading organisations.
Our client is looking to recruit a Test Manager to join them in March. You will be expected to run a programme of work covering project related and offshore regression testing. Working under the direction of the client test management, you will manage an onsite team of up to twenty testers at client site including testing services provided by our offshore testing centre. You will also liaise with client project managers and 3rd party suppliers.
Mandatory Skills:
- Current experience in Test Management
- ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate
Desirable Skills:
- ISEB Practitioner Certification
- Experience of working with an offshore testing team
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to mentor and support test team
- Confidence in client facing engagements
Educational Qualifications:
- Degree or industry equivalent experience
