Senior Web Developer required by our client, a well established financial software house based in Horsham, West Sussex. This role will see you involved in the full software lifecycle developing high quality web based applications using VB.NET and Oracle in a multi disciplinary team of programmers. Liaising closely with Business analysts and testers often to tough deadlines the right candidate for this role must have at least 5 years commercial programming experience in a VB/Oracle/SQL Server environment (including VB6) of which at least two years should include exposure to VB.NET / ASP.NET and Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server. Ideal candidates will have worked in a financial background (Banking, Insurance, Pensions etc) and have a good knowledge of Microsoft architectures and .Net Strategies. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate.
