Genesys Consultant required by our client IT Solutions provider based in Birmingham/Solihull, West Midlands. You will be required to provide solutions based on various components of the Genesys Product Suite. To be considered you will be experienced in designing and implementing Genesys solutions, running workshops to identify user requirements, take responsibility for aspects of the technical solution during implantation to ensure business and user requirements are met, provide effort estimations to support costing estimates, resolve production issues maintaining a high level of service to our customers, provide advice and guidance on best practice and technologies to other consultants and produce high quality documentation. In additions you should have the ability to develop solutions using Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach and produce supporting documentation of final solution. Experience of all phases of a typical Project life cycle and be able to follow quality system procedures and guidelines is required. You should also have good customer facing skills, be able to work alone or as part of a team, to tight timescales and use your own initiative. Your attitude must be flexible to working hours and locations. A driving license is required as is the ability to work away from home at short notice or periods (Mon-Fri).
