They require a highly skilled and motivated IT specialist who is committed to change and development in all areas of their technical infrastructure.
An accomplished and sophisticated problem-solver, you will have an advanced ability to resolve all types of technical complication. An inquiring mind, with a highly analytic approach, will have you stop at nothing in your quest to learn and discover.
They expect you to be an excellent communicator too. You will need to be skilled at all levels of interpersonal exchange with their staff, customers, suppliers and manufacturers. Your ability to manage a very wide range of relationships and to engage actively amongst teams and projects will be outstanding.
You will have a passion for customer service and for service excellence. Your special blend of technical, service and people skills will see you working very effectively in helping and developing our IT support operation.
With some years of experience in IT, you will have mastery of fundamental areas – such as TCP/IP, hardware and software principles, and client-server models. Advanced knowledge and real experience of large Microsoft networks is essential.
