Helpdesk Advisor / Support Analyst required by our client , a financial solution provider based in the Northamptonshire area, commutable from Leicester. This role will see you being responsible for providing product and technical support to customers; working in a pressurized environment and solving problems of a product and technical nature. You will need to provide thorough investigation and analysis on all issues and to put forward ideas for improving the service offered. To be considered for the role you should have at least 1-2 years experience gained in a helpdesk or similar customer service role with an understanding of DOS/Windows, good written and oral communication skills and the ability to diagnose problems quickly and accurately. Knowledge of Accounting / Double Entry bookkeeping or accountancy qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA) would be a big advantage.
