Implementation/Applications Consultant required by our Client, a leading provider of Manufacturing and Supply Chain solutions. Based in the East Midlands area (Leicester, Coventry, Northampton or similar) this home based role will see you carrying out implementations on client sites within the East Midlands and surrounding areas. This client facing role will include the delivery of software implementation projects including business process mapping, installing and configuring software, training, building and piloting systems, identification and resolution of issues, the provision of pre-sales support and the production of accurate time recording and project documentation. To be considered you must have experience in implementing manufacturing/distribution/MRP/ERP solutions, be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate with Senior Managers and directors, especially with regard to business challenges, have the ability to understand and communicate the issues affecting a business, the willingness and ability to learn and apply new skills quickly, the ability to use software to address business issues, have experience of working as a client facing consultant and have success in a multi-project environment with the ability to train and educate in both business concepts and software functionality. A detailed knowledge of ERP and implementation methodologies is essential.
