Accounts Software Support helpdesk executive required by our client, a Northamptonshire software house (commutable from Leicester, Northampton and Peterborough), specialising in the provision of highly innovative and functional financial and management business solutions to small and medium sized businesses. Providing telephone based support to new and existing users of their software, to be considered you must have accounting knowledge (ideally gained through AAT, ACCA, CIMA or an Accounting Degree) combined with previous experience of using Accounting Software (Sage, Pegasus, Access Accounts, Iris Enterprise, Exchequer, Navision Sun Accounts or similar). Any specific knowledge of Sage Line 50/100 and FoxPro or Visual FoxPro would be an advantage. Strong IT skills (DOS, Windows, Novell, NT, general networking) would also be a bonus. Excellent opportunity to move into one of most successful players in the market with excellent career opportunities to match.
