Hardware Support Engineer required to provide desktop support at 2nd line level. This will predominantly involve hardware break/fix on printers so you should have previous experience of working with printers. All desktops are supported by Dell but you should also have sound experience of providing 2nd line support on desktops and laptops. Operating system is XP and therefore you should have some exposure to an XP environment as well as having experience of the Remedy Call logging system.
