Service Desk Analyst required for a client in Oxford to provide 1st line support to users. You should have experience of supporting Windows 98, 2000 and XP on a 1st line basis and be able to work to strict SLA's. You will be responsible for escalating all issues to 2nd/3rd line support analysts should you now provide first time fix.
