Major UK Field Service Orginisation urgently requires the services of a field service engineer for an immediate start. Working with a variety of clients, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, installation and configuration of multiple types of hardware and software. As such it would be beneficial if the succesfull applicant had either a hardware qualification or had previous field experience. The client will require the contractor for approx. 1 month, however there are positive signs that the contract will extend beyond the origonal end date. The position will involve travel around the local area and beyond and as such it is essential that you have your own transport and tools. The work will involve PC Hardware break/fix, peripheral hardware break/fix and some software support as-well.
