Our client is a leading outsourcing company who require an experienced Bi-lingual Spanish speaking Help Desk Analyst. The role will involve receiving and resolving calls in house, as well as undertaking administrative tasks which involve resolving technical problems either over the phone or remotely. You will be working within a team of Support Analysts providing support on various issues, working closely with the Business and Operations departments. The ideal candidate will possess good analytical, problem solving skills. Extensive experience working with Novell Netware and Microsoft NT/W2K/XP is ideal in a helpdesk environment.
