SKills: SAP R/3,Oracle,AIX,NT,SAP business Warehouse,CRM,APO,
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Install and maintain new SAP systems or SAP application servers and related databases according business requirements, SAP standards and procedures
Act as second line support in the provision of day to day support as SAP Basis system administrator
Ensure that the SAP system performance and system availability meet defined Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards
Develop and provide SAP system and SQL tuning expertise
Implement SAP Support Packages, Plug-In and SAP OSS notes according SAP standards and Change management procedures
Upgrades SAP or/and Oracle database according SAP standards and Change management procedures.
Conduct analysis of IT specifications within SAP projects
Provide technical SAP Basis consulting as part of project support
Ensure SAP Business Continuity Service and Disaster Recovery Process support.
It is essential that you speak both German and English
