Transformation/Change Managers required for a large IT Outsourcing Company in Hatfield. This would be to work within the Sales Support Teams (around 150 - 160 people) and due to a recent re-structure they require consultants to provide systems/proposals on how to make the teams work more effectively and effectively. You should have worked within a similar role before, preferably either concentrating on Pricing, rebates and front-end systems or looking at Supply Chain management, credit services and process improvements. You should be logical and process driven and should be happy to interact and work with current members of the team to gain a better understanding of their current working environment. You should have a good understanding of IS Systems as well as strong Excel skills.
