Our client, a global leader in digital television products, are currently seeking a Service Business Co-ordinator for a 12 month contract (covering maternity leave). Working in the customer operations department, you will be charged with providing ongoing customer support following system launches. The ideal candidate will be degree level educated and have a strong history of technically biased customer service.
