**Czech speaking telephone helpdesk operator required for Euro2004 contract** We are currently looking for native Czech speakers to work on an exciting project based around the Euro 2004 football championships this summer. The role is working for a leading mobile telecoms operator in a helpdesk capacity. Your job will be to to provide telephone based support to the Czech market for promotional MMS and Video services. Full training will be provided, but applicants must have good IT/telecoms knowledge and good problem-solving skills.
