Web Developer ASP, ASP.NET (eCommerce Solutions)
North West London
£35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced web developer to join a small, well-reputed and passionate eCommerce solutions agency in NW London that designs, builds, hosts and supports market-leading eCommerce sites for retail and mail-order businesses who recently awarded the agency as ‘Supplier of the Year 2006' for their website & e-business services to the Industry. They are looking to recruit a Web Developer ASP, ASP.NET.
They are looking to grow their team as they have an increase of projects in the pipe line. You will be required to be involved hands-on in the planning, design and development process. You will need excellent knowledge of Microsoft Web development technologies and some understanding of eCommerce site development, usability principles and marketing.
You should have the ability to gather and understand client requirements; communicate this clearly through written documents and verbally to clients and your design/development teams and to follow through on ensuring consistent quality and fulfilment. You should have strong references.

Skills required:
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and ability to get the job done to high standards.
- Excellent customer facing communication skills, project management ability and team leading
- Excellent ASP, ASP.net, MS SQL development, T-SQL skills and experience
- Excellent JavaScript, DHTML. XML techniques
- Understanding of VB development
- Experience with MS Commerce Server or other eCommerce platforms would be an advantage
- Understanding of eCommerce and online marketing techniques and strategies
