Senior Delivery Engineer
London

As Senior Delivery Engineer you will play a key role within the provisioning team. You will assist in the consistent delivery of products and services to customers in a manner that ensures the company is placed in a strong competitive position. You will achieve this by designing and delivering telecom products and technologies including PDH, SDH, Fibre, Frame, Cell, Switched, Leased, Ethernet, IP & MPLS IPVPN. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of complex & multi-site customer installations ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You will achieve this by managing customer meetings, progress reports & setting accurate delivery expectations. You will also ensure the accurate and timely completion of Network Design, distribution of work packs whilst complying with all relevant processes and procedures.
Successful candidates will:
- Have experience of working within a similar technical role with an extensive knowledge of Data and Telecom Network technologies gained from Telecom, Internet or IT industries
- Possess an excellent understanding of SDH & PDH Configurations and protocols
- Have excellent knowledge of Fibre, LAN & WAN technologies and TCP/IP networks
- Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to build strong, effective relationships within the company and with external customers
- Be Customer Focussed with a strong approach to meeting and exceeding customer requirements
- Display a thorough approach with a strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy and problem solving
- Be a positive, proactive and flexible team player who can work on their own initiative and self motivate in a fast paced environment
- Have full clean driving licence
