Our client is the UK arm of one of Europe's largest and most successful IT Services Organisations. The UK is one of the fastest growing and most strategically important markets for the Group, delivering a full range of IT Services to many of the UK's leading organisations.
They are looking for Senior Tools staff to further increase their competency in the areas of performance and automation. Those with current and extensive experience with the Mercury Tools will be favoured. In addition, they must be flexible regarding travel and although based at an office in Horsham, London, Oxford or Stevenage must be available to work throughout England.
These are technical roles, folding in with the added responsibility of assisting their sales staff with pre sales activities.
Applicants must be familiar with and have experience in:
* The initial installation and configuration procedures for the tools, and will have significant experience in their use in a variety of situations as well as excellent technical problem solving skills
* Standard development methodologies and some of the technical architecture used.
* Executing tests across the testing lifecycle
Mandatory Skills:
* Extensive current tools experience
* ISEB Foundation Certification
Desirable Skills:
* Trained and certified to CPC level
* ISEB Practitioner Certification
* Security Clearance
* Domain knowledge in either the Finance, Banking or Insurance industries
Personal Attributes:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and within a project team
* Confidence in client facing engagements
Educational Background:
* Degree or industry equivalent experience
