Web Application Developer - J2EE / JAVA Developer - IBM Websphere / BEA Weblogic - Documentum Consulting Architect

£35,000 - £50,000
Salary Commensurate with Experience + Health Insurance + Contributory Pension
Our client provides business and technology consulting services, systems integration, technical architecture and bespoke development specifically around enterprise portals, content management and personalisation. They are looking to recruit a Documentum Consulting Architect.
The role:
The position of Documentum Consulting Architect will be London based but some European and US travel will be required.
As an experienced and highly motivated Documentum Consulting Architect, you will be part of an expanding system integration firm, working with a mixed discipline team of client representatives, Developers and architects.
In your role you will:
- Architect and develop Documentum and J2EE applications
- Evangelize and educate on Documentum based solution to clients and development teams
- Work with the client to gather requirements (prepare and facilitate workshops)
- Team Lead and Manage junior developers
Requirements:
- Computer Science / Software Engineering (or other appropriate) Graduate (2:1 minimum)
- Architectural and development experience with Documentum 4i and 5 including WebPublisher, Docbasic, DQL, DFC, WDK 5.x, WebTop 5.x, Documentum Business Objects, Media Services 5.x
- Excellent development skills in Java, or a similar object-oriented development language and some post graduate working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical consultancy experience with a recognised organisation, preferably one of the big 5
- The ability to work on challenging assignments on your own without direct supervision
- Right of abode and to work in the United Kingdom, without restriction
