Business Consultant/Applications Consultant skilled in Accounts Software required by our client based in London, to be responsible for the Installation & Implementation of our client's Accounting Software and related products.You will have previous experience as a Lead Consultant/ Project Manager on similar implementations and be capable of running multiple projects through their various stages.You will be familiar with Datafile Design,Data Import,Document & Report Design and Training in relation to accounting software (eg Sage, Pegasus, Access Accounts,Exchequer), especially with a SQL Server/Crystal Reports bias. This responsible position will find you providing Training, Supporting the Customer Care Department, acting as Duty Consultant providing Third-line support to End Users, as well as ensuring documentation and internal electronic records are updated in good time. The successful applicant will have a track record of : Troubleshooting, Problem-Solving; excellent Customer Liaison skills; will be able to accompany Sales Department in meetings with prospective clients and be capable of creating functional specifications for additional customer requirements as well as having the ability to develop potential business opportunities during and after the project life cycle. Accounting qualifications such as AAT, CIMA or ACCA are a bonus. An attractive salary package of £30k-£40k with £5k car allowance, Laptop, PDA. The role will be based at our client's London office.
