Our client is a major publishing group based in Teddington focusing on the Entertainment and Marketing & Communications sectors. They are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant.
A large part of your role will involve monitoring marketing activity. As a marketing assistant you will be included in direct marketing, website and literature development, public relations, market research and new product development. You will also provide administrative and project based support to the marketing team. The role is key as the marketing team is small. In order to be successful you will need to be able to take ownership of individual campaigns.
The role of Marketing Assistant ideally requires some previous experience of direct mail & information publishing marketing support. You will need to be highly organized, as much of this role relies on data gathering, targets and deadlines. You will need to be able to communicate on all levels. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic and flexible personality as well as a dynamic attitude. The successful candidate will also need to be a highly motivated, out-going person as well as a true people person.
