Our client is a London based E-Commerce agency, specialising in the design and build of transactional web sites for a range of clients including Multi-Channel Retailers and Blue Chip brands. They also provide a range of E-Marketing and Usability Services.
Our client adopts Agile Methodologies. Their E-Commerce sites are based on a propriety MVC Object-Oriented E-Commerce Framework using Open Source technologies.
They are continually developing and evolving their E-Commerce offering with current developments including Web 2.0 based Community features within an online retail environment.
Following a period of fast growth, the company is looking for dynamic, intelligent, passionate individuals to help achieve the company's goal for the next 18 months: to be the recognised leader in E-Commerce service provision in the UK. Current clients include Sainsbury's and Dollond & Aitchison. They are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager – E-Commerce (Agile).
Job Description
As part of a small but fast growing Project Services team you will be working to both deliver client projects and drive the development of our E-Commerce offering in a democratic, open environment that embraces change and strives for distinction every day.
You will be a ‘lifetime learner' committed to both individual and team excellence with the knowledge that you can improve every day; learning from those around you and from the online community as a whole.
You will have experience of understanding and documenting business requirements which deliver business value; balancing the needs of the client and the strategic direction of our offering.
You'll be working as part of an integrated client and company team in an interactive environment. You will work closely with the design and development teams and will act as a key stakeholder for the client ensuring work is clearly defined, meets business objectives and is able to be delivered within the given timescales.
