Application Support Team Leader / Support Manager required by our London based financial services client to lead a small team providing application/helpdesk support to internal staff. To be considered you must have end user support experience with a proven track record of delivering against SLA's, ideally in an application support environment support database driven products. Team Lead/Management skills are essential. Supporting an insurance product your team will take responsibility for the design, implementation and maintenance of effective strategies and procedures, take responsibility for the integrity and availability of systems, provide technical advice and guidance to your team and to ensure quality and timely solutions are made to business requests. RDBMS/SQL skills are required for the role ideally gained through Access, SQL Server, Oracle or similar. Insurance software experience or insurance industry experience would be a bonus.
