Helpdesk Support Advisor required by our client based close to Colchester and Ipswich.You will work as part of a dedicated team of professionals that offer the very highest level of helpdesk support and customer service to a range of internal and external customers. You will be an accomplished user of Microsoft Office with, ideally, a qualification in Book Keeping or Accountancy ( AAT, ACCA or CIMA or similar) ; however, experience is also widely acknowledged. You will know the common operating systems (Microsoft OS essential, MAC advantageous) and have at least a Basic knowledge of Relational Databases, ODBC linking and building simple queries, preferably gained while working in a customer-focused environment. The successful candidate will be an Excellent Communicator and understand the value of providing an excellent Customer Service. You will be a good Team Player ; a Planner and Organiser with Problem-solving skills ; have product awareness/knowledge and be resilient and tenacious when seeing the job through to a successful conclusion. An excellent salary of £17-24k is available, depending on experience. Public transport to the office is not easy, so being a car driver is essential.
