User Systems Administrator required for a client based in Witham, Essex. They require a systems administrator who can create, amend and delete user ID's within the client systems and applications. You will be providing support on the Service Desk dealing with access and password issues as well as carrying out some 1st/2nd level support for Lotus Notes, NT, Active Directory and Eurosys. The call logging system is Vantive so previous experience on this system would be ideal. You should have good customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and prioritise.
