Accounting Helpdesk Support Adviser required by our client, a leading Accounts software provider based close to the Essex/Suffolk border. You will provide office based support to users of our client's software. This involves resolving queries over the telephone relating to a range of software products. To be considered for the role you must have double-entry book-keeping/accounts knowledge with a high level of communication skills, courtesy and patience. Computer literacy, able to work to tight deadlines and a positive personality are also essential for this role.
