Systems Administrator required for a client in Essex. This role will involve the creation, amendment and deletion of User ID's within the clients systems and applications. The client controls access to data areas on NT file and Print servers as per requirements from audit control. There will be telephone contact involved with Business Liaison Teams. You will be dealing with queries and issues raised by our colleagues on the Service Desk e.g. password or access problems). You will be required to meet standard SLA's. Good communication skills are necessary as is knowledge of NT, XP, Mainframe, AS400 or Lotus Notes preferably as an administrator.
