Our client is an IT Consultancy which provides a range of services from all aspects of Infrastructure Support through to IT Strategy Review.
They now require an IT Rollout Assistant on a Temporary Contract (3 months).
Location - Harlow
£14,000 – 16,000 pro-rata p.a.
You need to be able to follow a set procedure for the rollout of Windows XP, with customisations, using ZENworks across 700 workstations.
The upgrade procedure is scripted, and you will need to follow set guidelines.
• You must have a good working knowledge of windows XP operating system.
• You must have attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
• You must have excellent customer facing skills and be able to interact with the users.
• You must be able to multitask, work on your own initiative and be very methodical.
• You need to have previous admin or desktop experience, IT awareness and excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience of working in a help desk environment would be useful although not essential.
