Visual Basic/SQL Server Developer with 5+years full SDLC experience in a client/server environment is required by our Bournemouth, Dorset based client (close to Southampton and Poole), a leading international software house. To be considered you must be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving techniques, development experience using Visual Basic (VB6), SQL Server and T-SQL. Any experience of Crystal Reports and .NET Development experience (eg VB.NET, C#) would be a bonus. This is a challenging role that calls for somebody with the ability to work on multiple projects, the ability to work as an individual or within a team and the ability to independently complete projects in a timely matter with high quality. Experience in the development of ERP/MRP systems, financial accounting software/principles would also be an advantage.
