Our client is the market leader in the supply of computerised accounting software for the Residential Elderly Care industry and more recently to the Nursery Care industry. The Company has enjoyed outstanding growth and they now require an additional team member to fill the following vacancy: -
Project Trainer/Implementer
The main purpose of this position is to undertake a key role in assisting clients in the implementation of various software packages supplied by ourselves along with accountancy software packages such as Pegasus Opera. This post offers a varied range of tasks, with the majority of these relating to client training along with elements of system implementation and project management.
Therefore, we are seeking an individual who posses a good working knowledge of accounting practices along with experience of using Pegasus Opera, Sage or similar. An aptitude and interest in systems implementation is required, with proven skills in this field. This position requires an individual with the confidence and communication skills to effectively train clients on both a one to one and group basis. A strong sense of customer service plus the ability to communicate at all levels is essential. To fill this role, you will need to have a positive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving, be able to use your own initiative, as well as being a self-motivated flexible team member.
As their client base is nation-wide this job involves a substantial amount of travelling and staying away from home. This role benefits from not fitting into the normal working routine and enjoys some flexibility within the working environment.

Remuneration for this position is commensurate with experience, and on successful completion of a probationary period will include private medical insurance, company contributory pension scheme, life insurance and company car.
