1st Line Support Analyst required for a busy helpdesk. This is to provide cover for a week for a network operator. You will be responsible for answering calls, responding to emails and logging incidents. You will need technical knowledge of XP, 2000 and Outlook and knowledge of Vantive would be a benefit. You should have worked within a helpdesk role before and be able to talk users through fixes over the phone. You will also have to chase engineers for updates on jobs for 3rd parties as well as helping with other adhoc duties.
