Our client, a leading UK telecoms operator, currently require a Moves and Changes Co-ordiantor to work in Stockton on Tees for a potentially long-term contract. The role will be a helpdesk/administrative position. You must be able to multitask: duties will include logging calls and scheduling engineers in an IT environment and customer service on the telephone. Candidates should have at least 1 years experience in an IT environment and have worked on a helpdesk/call centre. Knowledge of Remedy call logging system will be a distinct advantage.
