Helpdesk Analyst required for a leading I.T Outsourcing company. You should have worked within a helpdesk role before and will be dealing taking calls from client users, logging calls, resolving technical problems and then escalating incidents to 2nd/3rd line support analysts. You should have good technical knowledge of PC's, printers and MS Office products/applications. This should include a good working knowledge of Novell Netware and NT. You will need to work well as part of a team and have the ability to work well under pressure. This role will involve working shifts so you must be flexible with regard to working hour.
