Spanish speaking Helpdesk Analyst required for a leading I.T Outsourcing company. You should have worked within a helpdesk role before and will be dealing taking calls from client users, logging calls, resolving technical problems and then escalating incidents to 2nd/3rd line support analysts. You should have good technical knowledge of PC's, printers and MS Office products/applications. This should include a good working knowledge of Novell Netware and NT. You will need to work well as part of a team and have the ability to work well under pressure. This role will involve working shifts so you must be flexible with regard to working hour. If English is your first language then you MUST be fluent in Spanish and if your Spanish is your first language then your English must be clear.
