Technologies Manager required for a games company based in Cambridge. You will be responsible for overseeing the development of technologies including the development and maintenance of all the web systems and system libraries. You will be leading a team of 2 team leaders and 15 software engineers. Managing the web systems to ensure that new systems and improvements to existing systems are made and launched efficiently. You should have at least 5 years relevant industry experience managing software teams as well as strong programming skills. You should have experience of working with distributed/modular systems as have very strong written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be an effective leader and be educated to degree level.
