Digital Design Implementation Consultant required by our client a world leader in wireless audio based in Cambridge. To be responsible for RTL design with soft and hard macros through synthesis, flooring, place and route to GDSII including test insertion, CTS, logical equivalence, timing signoff, power analysis, parasitic axtraction, LVS, DRC and gate level simulations. You should also be able to work both independently and as part of a team within a Linux environment. To be considered for the role you should have 2 years of relevant experience in the area of IC design, synthesis and layout preferably with familiarity of the Synopsys tool flow and Calibre tools. Knowledge of the following tools would be beneficial as would some experience of low level digital/analogue design: Design Compiler. Physical Compiler, Primetime SI, VCS, Celtic, LEC, JupiterXT, StarRC-XT, Calibre DRC and LVS.
