Software Applications Engineer required by our client a world leader in wireless audio based in Cambridge. You will be responsible for providing high quality technical support to strategically important customers, this includes writing software/scripts, liaising with the customer through e-mail, conference calls and visits, managing and controlling projects with the customers, diagnosing problems with the customers software/hardware designs and liaise with R&D to provide solutions to customers problems. To be considered for the role you should have extensive experience of writing software in a mobile phone/Bluetooth environment. Experience of diagnosing problems with customer's designs would be very desirable and knowledge of Bluetooth hardware would be an advantage. Customer facing skills and the ability to communicate clearly both orally and written is very essential.
