Our Client requires an experienced 3rd line analyst to remotely support customers on the below listed operating systems and applications;
You must have:
•3rd line experience in desktop application support on win2k, NT4, office 2000, outlook, exchange and using SMS.
•Remote server and desktop support on NT4 and Win2k servers, NT4 and Win XP desktops.
•Server support to include capacity management, NT4 domains Active Directory, printing and application issues, mpc's (win2k or NT4) and knowledge of TCPIP, WINS, DNS, DHCP and good remote trouble shooting skills.
•Experience of using a call logging system such as Vantive and Remedy is also necessary.
•You will be required to work some shifts (2 shift patterns) 0800 - 0930 start times.
