Service Delivery Manager required for a client based in Milton Keynes and Hatfield (with some travel to Wimbledon). You should have between 6 - 8 years within an IT Service Delivery environment with at least 4 - 5 years in a Senior Service Delivery role. You will need to demonstrate that you have a good understanding of people and operational management issues as well as knowledge of ITIL. You will be working closely with the Account Manager and Client Director on nominated accounts and help to exceed planned revenues. You will report on P&L and revenues and fully understand the customer needs and technical environment. A Prince 2 qualification would be advantageous as would an understanding of Quality Management Systems. Rates are negotiable.
