1st Line Support Analyst required for a banking client in Milton Keynes. You will need to have a basic understanding of technical issues including Windows 2000 and XP and Outlook in particular. You will be responsible for logging calls and giving basic technical advice to customers/users. The candidates must be flexible with their shifts. Shift hours run from 7.00am - 8.30pm on weekdays and 7am - 7.30pm on weekends. Weekend work comes up approximately one day in every month or so and is compulsory for all staff on the contract. We would like people who have provided a good standard of customer service in one capacity or another in recent job roles.
