Helpdesk Analyst required for a financial client based in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for dealing with all 1st line support issues supporting Windows XP. You will need excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and Lotus Notes as well as the ability to prioritise and escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line support analysts. There is likely to be a training period based in London before the role begins in Milton Keynes. Some financial exposure would be beneficial. This is a 6 month cont to perm role and will be paying a salary of £17k after the initial contract period.
